Responsibilities

  • CNC Machine Setup — Set up and run CNC mills/lathes using conversational programming to produce high‑quality parts

Job Description:

Work Environment & Schedule:
  • Production machining environment with CNC mills, lathes, precision inspection tools, and standard shop equipment

  • First Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

  • Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m. (15% shift differential)

  • Safety‑focused, quality‑driven, and highly collaborative environment supporting complex, high‑precision projects

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Thornton, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $34.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
