The CNC Machinist works closely with supervisors, leads, and other departments to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.## Essential Duties and Responsibilities### Safety & Compliance* Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and ISO requirements.* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.* Adhere to all quality and operational standards.* Complete all required production and quality documentation.* Communicate effectively with supervisors, lead personnel, machinists, inspectors, and other departments.### Machining Operations* Set up and operate CNC and compliance with customer and engineering requirements.* Collaborate with engineering, quality, and repair personnel to determine appropriate machining and repair methods.### CNC Programming & Setup* Determine tooling requirements and machining processes.* Identify pre-programmable and manual programming steps.* Establish optimal loading positions and workholding methods.* Load and install required tooling into the correct tool holders.* Program tool offsets and machining parameters.* Verify program accuracy before production begins.* Remain attentive during machine operation and respond quickly to prevent equipment damage, product loss, or safety concerns.* Make program adjustments and troubleshoot machining issues as needed.### Blueprint Reading & Problem Solving* Read and Handling & Rigging* Safely lift, move, and position large components using overhead cranes, spreader bars, and rigging equipment.* Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as required.* Follow proper lifting and rigging procedures when handling large pump and rotating equipment components.### Equipment Maintenance* Perform routine machine maintenance, including checking and
