Job summary

Ace Machine Inc is a 20-person precision CNC job shop in Florence, KY, hiring for entry- to mid-level milling roles. Start times can be between 5am and 9am, with a 40‑hour week and interview-based placement at $23–$32/hr.

Training is offered for those with little or no experience as you learn to run Haas mills, set up vises, inspect parts, and print. We provide health and dental insurance, paid holidays after probation, and vacation that grows with tenure.

Qualifications

• Reliable, on time and honest about what you can’t do yet.
• Able to stand for a full shift, lift up to 50 lb, and use hoists or cranes.

Responsibilities

• Set up vises, fixtures, and tools; set work and tool offsets.
• Prove out programs; edit feeds, speeds, and paths at the control.
• Write short programs at the control for simple parts.
• Inspect first piece and in-process with mics, calipers, gauges; sign off to print.
• Flag tooling and program problems before they become scrap.
