Qualifications

• Two years of CNC experience, including lathe setup.
• Able to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce machined parts while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and select the right programs and tooling for each job.
• Measure parts with precision tools and offset the machine to hold tolerance; perform first-piece and in-process quality checks.
• Identify, document, and segregate non-conforming product and follow ISO processes.
