AtWork Personnel is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist in Woodlawn, OH. The role focuses on operating HAAS mills and lathes to produce precision parts per blueprints, with 2-5 years in a metal fabrication setting.

Responsibilities include setting up, programming, inspection, and maintaining quality while collaborating with the team to optimize production. High school diploma or equivalent required; machining certification is a plus.

Formación

• 2-5 years CNC machining experience, preferably in metal fabrication or job shop.
• Proficiency with HAAS controls is required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with G-code programming and editing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; machining certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, program, and operate HAAS CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts per specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine machining operations and tolerances.
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and part inspections using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure part quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve production efficiency and solve machining challenges.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machines as needed.
