Job summary

Gaishin Manufacturing Inc in Grand Rapids is seeking skilled CNC operators to run Swiss-style and Mill/Turn lathes on A-, B-, and C-shifts, producing precision parts for aerospace, medical, agriculture, and defense sectors.

You will perform in-process inspections, read blueprints and GD&T, and ensure quality while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and effective shift handoffs with the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years CNC operation experience; Swiss-style experience preferred.
• Read blueprints, work instructions, and quality requirements.
• Comfort with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and basic quality checks.
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a full shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate Swiss-style and Mill/Turn CNC lathes to produce precision parts.
