Hydromotion is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our Production Team in a Regular Full Time role. The position involves safely operating CNC equipment, reading engineering prints, and performing set-ups and changeovers for different parts, with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

We offer an hourly, full-time role with excellent benefits and a predictable four-day workweek. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, strong math skills, and the ability to follow

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Strong math skills related to machining operations.
• Ability to follow safety rules and procedures.
• Willingness to learn and operate multiple CNC machines.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate CNC machining equipment.
• Read, interpret, and follow engineering prints and work instructions.
• Set up machines and perform changeovers for different part numbers.
• Change tooling, touch off tools, and adjust offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy.
• Operate machines to meet cycle time and quality standards.
• Load raw material and unload finished parts.
• Perform manual deburring as required.
• Conduct in-process inspections and verify parts meet specifications.
• Complete daily machine upkeep and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
