Alliance Innovations LLC in Mansfield, OH is seeking a hands-on CNC Machinist to join our small, growing manufacturing team. You will run and set up CNC machines, read blueprints, and follow our four‑ten schedule with potential weekend overtime.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and experience with CNC or a willingness to learn. You will operate a forklift and overhead crane, perform routine PM tasks, and work with minimal supervision in a non-climate-controlled shop while adhering

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CNC machine experience is a plus; training available for graduates.
• Front load forklift experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines per the schedule and follow blueprints.
• Set up machines, retrieve materials, and run provided programs.
• Review drawings to ensure accuracy before starting work.
• Safely operate a forklift and overhead crane per safety rules.
• Determine tools needed to complete jobs per specs.
• Adjust machine speed and tooling for precision.
• Work independently with minimal guidance on challenges.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly PM tasks for equipment longevity.
