Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment.
• Must be able to obtain licensing for specialty equipment when required.
• Team-oriented with flexibility to cover break downs and installations.

Responsibilities

• Develops, constructs and alters fixtures, gauges and automated machines.
• Operates CNC equipment and reads blueprints and models to fabricate components.
• Uses E-drawings/Solidworks for machining and assembly tasks.
• Maintains quality by balancing cost, time and accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Provides guidance to develop team members in areas of expertise.
• Reviews designs and suggests material substitutions for manufacturability.
