Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC machining or a similar role.
• Familiarity with G and M codes; ability to operate Fanuc-controlled machines.
• Comfortable working with aluminum, mild steel, and aluminum castings.
• Strong attention to detail and shop math skills.
• Machinist Certification or formal training preferred.
• Able to follow instructions, work well in a team, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Creative, flexible, and organized problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills and lathes for low-run, quick-turn production.
• Set up tools, apply offsets, and load programs as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints or engineering drawings.
• Perform first article and in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
• Deburr, saw material, and prep fixtures for upcoming jobs.
• Multitask effectively in a clean, safe shop environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and participate in troubleshooting and quality improvement efforts
