Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience.
• Proficiency with FANUC and/or Haas controls.
• Strong blueprint reading and documentation interpretation skills.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM programming and manufacturing software.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and detailed instructions for precision fabrication.
• Set up and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC Haas Mills and Fanuc-controlled CNC Lathes.
• Adjust programs at the machine and collaborate with programmers for first-article approvals.
• Monitor machining performance and recommend improvements.
• Work with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Production teams to maintain standards.
• Assist with tool selection, part setup, and technique optimization.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
