Job description

Great client in Erlanger KY is seeking a CNC Machinist....either entry level or experienced! Mon-Fri 6:30a-3:00p, some overtime possible. This would be a Direct Hire position.

JOB SUMMARY:

• Set-up and operate CNC equipment including lathes, horizontal and vertical machining centers.
• Read and interpret engineered blueprint drawings.
• Use various inspection tools and gages (i.e., ID/OD Mics, calipers, taper gages, thread gages, etc...)
• Machine to required tolerances
• Clean and maintain machine, tooling, and parts.
• We will train for this position.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/MUST HAVES

• High Mechanical aptitude/Mechanical background
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and be cross-trained
• Proven record of strong attendance
• Team player
• High school diploma or GED

PLUSES

• Machinist Technical schooling
• Previous experience in a manufacturing machine shop
• Machine operation experience
• Blueprint reading

WORK HOURS

• First Shift
• Monday - Friday
• 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
• Overtime possible

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $26.00 Per Hour
