Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings to ensure correct tolerances.
• Inspect dimensions and tolerances during and after machining.
• Familiar with GD&T concepts and conversational programming.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate 3-axis CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers and turning centers.
• Develop machining processes, tooling selections, setups, and part programs for custom projects.
• Machine components to moderate tolerances (±0.005") with high quality and traceability.
• Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and specifications; perform in-process and final inspections.
• Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and field teams to optimize methods and productivity.
