Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate 3-axis CNC vertical/horizontal mills and turning centers.
• Develop machining processes, tool selections, setups, and part programs for custom projects.
• Machine components to tight tolerances (±0.005") with high quality.
• Interpret blueprints, specs, and GD&T requirements.
• Perform in-process and final inspections with precision measuring tools.
• Manufacture custom components supporting large industrial repair projects.
• Collaborate with machinists, engineers, field service teams, and supervisors.
• Optimize CNC programs, tooling, and machining methods for quality and productivity.
• Set up and operate CNC boring mills and lathes; maintain a clean work area.
• Complete quality documentation and inspection records accurately.
• Uphold a safety-first culture in all tasks.
