ERL Inc. in New Albany, IN is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist for 1st and 2nd shifts. A long-established manufacturer with over 57 years serving the region, we value safety, craftsmanship, and teamwork.

You will set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, inspect finished parts, apply tool offsets, and keep machines well maintained to support reliable production. We offer competitive pay based on experience and an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, and retirement

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC machining.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and process instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes.
• Read blueprints and job travelers to ensure correct setup.
• Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and finish.
• Make tool offsets and adjustments to maintain tolerance.
• Maintain machines to ensure reliable production.
