Job Title: CNC Machinist (CNC Mills)

Join Rusco Manufacturing, an automotive, heavy equipment, and industrial automation company located in Machesney Park, IL, as a CNC Machinist (CNC Mills) on the 1st shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up Mazak Mills, including modifying programs, installing tool registers, and setting offsets.
• Install fixtures, configure machine controls, and produce first-piece samples.
• Inspect parts for dimensions and finish quality against prints.
• Check and maintain cutting tools for sharpness and usability.
• Monitor machine operation, detect malfunctions, and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with Mazak Mills and Mazatrol programming/editing.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Experience in a production manufacturing environment.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.
