Job summary

ARMORWORKS ENTERPRISES INC is seeking a CNC Machinist in Green Bay, WI to set up, operate, and tend CNC equipment in the machining center. You will program drawings into machines and interpret complex blueprints to produce parts to exact specifications.

Responsibilities include selecting tooling, documenting time and specifications for audits, maintaining safe, clean work areas, and following safety procedures. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• CNC machining diploma or equivalent postsecondary training.
• Alternative: combination of education and experience with knowledge of machines and tools.
• Must be a US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, or tend CNC equipment in the machining center.
• Program customer’s drawing into the machine using Virtual Gibbs/ G Code.
• Interpret and work from complex drawings, blueprints and specifications.
• Select the tooling to complete the part.
• Identify non-conformances during inspection and document them properly.
• Notify supervisor if work does not meet specifications.
• Record an accurate log of job times and specifications for audits.
• Maintain clean equipment, tools, and work area.
• Follow established safety procedures.
• Perform all other jobs as assigned.
