Job summary

Addman Engineering is seeking a CNC Machinist in Missouri to set up, operate, and maintain CNC and milling equipment. You will help ensure efficient production, maintain cleanliness and PPE compliance, and contribute to advancement of machining methods while producing high-quality parts.

The role requires reading drawings, programming awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong team. Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Graduate of related two-year vocational program with three years related work experience or equivalent.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities to exceed customer expectations.
• Reads, writes, and communicates in English.
• Works independently with minimal supervision.
• Cross-functional teamwork to support core business.

Responsibilities

• Setup, operate and maintain additive manufacturing machines.
• Follow PPE procedures.
• Produce high quality parts to specifications.
• Develop workable methods for machining operations.
• Use machines, tooling, and inspection equipment.
• Inspect operations and geometries to tight tolerances.
• Lead less experienced machinists to upgrade skills.
• Maintain safety and quality standards.
