Qualifications

• 2+ years CNC machining experience or recent machining program graduate.
• CNC setup experience and blueprint reading skills.
• Basic GD&T knowledge and precision measuring experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and follow safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Machine Setups: Perform complete setups and prepare machines for production.
• Machine Operation: Run multiple CNC machines across shifts.
• Quality Audits: Verify parts meet dimensional and visual standards.
• Precision Inspection: Measure parts with precision equipment.
• Offsets: Apply tool wear and dimensional offsets as needed.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose machining issues to maintain stable production.
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret drawings and GD&T requirements.
