Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of CNC milling experience.
• Experience interpreting technical drawings and specs.
• Familiar with 5S and lean manufacturing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC Lathe and 5-axis milling machines.
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure specs are met.
• Adjust CNC programs and machine setups; document changes.
• Collaborate with Engineering to optimize techniques and tooling.
• Assist in selecting tooling, jaws, and fixtures for operations.
• Operate multiple production machines safely and efficiently.
• Use manufacturing reporting systems to track metrics and records.
