• 5–7+ years of experience operating 5 Axis Machining Centers required.
• 5–7+ years of experience programming with Mastercam required.
• Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings.

• Produce parts within required tolerances and specifications.
• Perform inspection of your own parts and record accurate inspection data.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• 5–7+ years of experience operating5 Axis Machining Centers— required
• 5–7+ years of experience programming withMastercam— required
• Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings
• Proficient in calculating dimensions and tolerances using mathematical skills and precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
• Capable of machining precision parts from start to finish

A Day in the Life:

• Set up, program, and operate5-AxisMachining Centers
• Review part specification and requirements.
• Setup work piece, create machining center sequence and tool selection.
• Produce parts within required tolerances and specifications.
• Performinspection of your own parts, record accurate inspection data using precision measuring instruments
• Performmultiple short-run jobsincluding frequent setups, changeovers, and tool changes
• Operate forklifts (we’ll train and certify you)
• Keep work areas clean, safe, andorganized
