Job summary

ACE Partners in North Carolina is seeking a CNC Machinist to set up and operate machines for precision medical device components, enjoying a 4-day workweek and 10-hour shifts.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, performing inspections, adjusting tooling offsets, and collaborating with Quality and Production to improve efficiency and quality, with a $2/hr second shift differential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• CNC machining experience with ability to perform independent setups and offsets.
• Strong blueprint reading, GD&T, and precision measurement skills.
• Ability to run production independently and assist other machinists when needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision components for medical devices.
• Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, travelers, and CNC programs.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools.
• Adjust tooling and machine offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy and product quality.
• Work with Quality and Production teams to improve processes and manufacturing efficiency.
• Complete production and inspection documentation while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
