Job summary

A V Gauge & Fixture South in Kentucky seeks a CNC machinist to set up and run 3-axis machines, preparing parts to project specifications for ongoing work.

Under the supervision of the CNC department head, you will read blueprints, perform quality checks, and help meet tight deadlines while maintaining clean, safe work habits. Previous programming experience is a plus, and willingness to learn control software is required.

Qualifications

• Solid 3-axis CNC background, 5+ years of experience is an asset.
• Strong computer skills, MS applications savvy
• Willingness and ability to learn required control software
• Ability to multi-task, while paying attention to detail
• Availability to work shifts
