You will read blueprints, select cutters, verify materials, and inspect parts using precision gauges. The role requires the ability to perform own setups, operate more than one machine, and maintain accurate ERP documentation.
Qualifications
Must have at least two years of experience operating 3 or 4 axis CNC machines.
Ability to perform own setups and read blueprints/drawings.
Proficient with precision measuring instruments and ERP entry.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines for turning, drilling, and tapping operations on components.
Verify material per work order traveler and load with correct grain direction.
Secure parts in fixtures and monitor first part quality with inspection, clocking in ERP.
Deburr parts as needed and complete required paperwork in ERP system.
