Job summary

Magna International, Inc. in the United States is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist-Tool & Die to set up, program, and operate CNC mills and related tooling. You will work with 3- and 5-axis machines to produce high-quality tooling and support die maintenance, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; technical degree preferred.
• Certified Machinist required; CNC operator cert preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in CNC machining/programming in heavy manufacturing, automotive preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC mills (3-axis and 5-axis) independently with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot, tool changes, program adjustments, and machining setups on mills and lathes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD data, sketches; program using offline G-Code software.
