Job summary

Visioneering, Inc. in Auburn Hills, MI, is seeking a CNC Machinist to operate, set up, and maintain 3- and 5-axis CNC machines to produce precision tooling and aerospace components. You will read blueprints, verify tolerances, and collaborate within a skilled team in a climate-controlled facility.

In this role, you will perform routine maintenance, monitor quality, and follow safety procedures while contributing to continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC machines (3 & 5 axis).
• Blueprint interpretation and GD&T understanding.
• Knowledge of speeds/feeds for various materials.
• Strong problem-solving and math abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication; team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce tooling/parts per drawings.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and replace tool heads as needed.
• Load materials and verify part dimensions against specifications.
• Read blueprints and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges.
• Collaborate with machinists to troubleshoot production issues.
• Uphold safety standards and keep work area clean and organized.
