Plansee USA LLC in Franklin, USA is hiring a CNC Machinist for an hourly position. You will study orders, blueprints, and GD&T, set up and operate CNC lathes and high-end machines, and perform complex machining tasks with precision and teamwork.

Qualifications

• CNC Machinist Level 2 or 3 certification required.
• Experience with Okuma and Fanuc controls.
• Ability to set up and operate CNC lathes.
• Ability to read Blueprints and GD&T.
• Proficient with measuring equipment including CMM and optical comparators.
• Read and understand G and M codes.
• Able to edit simple programs.
• Able to set up complex jobs with limited supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Study work orders, blueprints, and GD&T.
• Operate CNC machines including setup and programming edits.
• Machining of complex angles, gears, and special features.
• Support first-run debugging and tool path improvements.
