With 2nd shift options and strong training potential, candidates can progress into advanced roles while earning a competitive hourly rate plus a 15% shift differential and overtime on Fridays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Independent setup machining experience.
• Experience with CNC mills and lathes.
• Strong blueprint interpretation skills.
• Proficient with precision measuring equipment.
• Experience editing offsets and G-code.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete Setups: Independently perform machine setups from blueprint to first part.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read complex prints and manufacturing documentation.
• Program Adjustments: Edit offsets and make basic G-code adjustments.
• Quality Verification: Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment.
• Process Troubleshooting: Resolve machining and tooling issues independently.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Technical Support: Assist machinists with setups and troubleshooting.
• Safe Production: Produce quality parts while following safety procedures.
