Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a CNC Milling operator for 2nd shift in Ohio. You will set up and run CNC mills, perform daily maintenance, deburring, and ensure quality through inspections and documentation.

You will coordinate with supervisors and shop staff to resolve machining issues and maintain records. The role requires 1–3 years of CNC milling experience, reading blueprints, and proficiency with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring tools.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience with Vertical/Horizontal CNC Milling.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience reading blueprints and using calipers, height gauges and micrometers.
• Proficient with drilling, turning and tapping machining operations.
• Familiar with vertical and horizontal machines; Bridgeport experience preferred.
• Demonstrates inspection competence and basic mathematical skills.
• Has both mechanical and technical capacity.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

Responsibilities

• Set‑up, load and run product into the CNC machine.
• Perform daily maintenance on equipment and clean work area after each shift.
• Perform manual deburring operations as needed.
• Follow Process Routing Document; perform inspection and legibly record results.
• Complete reports and other associated paperwork.
• Communicate with management, supervisors, operators, quality and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve machining or quality issues.
• Follow all applicable Quality Management System procedures, work instructions and forms.
• Safeguard company, customer and supplier property (electronic, intellectual and physical).
• Manage assigned records (as owner).
