Job summary

Walor North America is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join the Machining team in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on operating CNC machinery with attention to quality, efficiency, and safety. Expect to read technical prints, adjust tooling, and perform routine inspections.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, basic math skills, and experience with metrology equipment. The position is onsite with a 2nd shift schedule and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in basic math and technical tasks.
• Experience with metal working preferred.
• Familiarity with metrology equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read prints and operate CNC machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery following setup instructions.
• Perform hourly parts inspections and ensure quality.
• Read prints, set tooling offsets, and monitor tool life.
• Fill out shift reports and inspection cards accurately.
• Maintain tool changers and perform daily PM tasks.
• Adhere to 5S, safety, and environmental guidelines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with team on production priorities.
