Nord-Lock Group’s Expander unit in DeWitt, IA is hiring an experienced CNC Machinist for 2nd shift. You will machine steel components to engineering drawings, program Mazak machines, and manage setups with strict quality controls in a heated, climate-controlled facility.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2nd shift availability: 4pm-2:30am, Mon-Thu.
• Minimum 1 year CNC machining experience or equivalent in a similar role.

Responsabilidades

• Machine setup, programming and operation to engineering drawings and tolerances.
• Verify Mazak program matches part numbers and dimensions; adjust as needed.
• Monitor performance, tooling, and quality; report abnormalities promptly.
• Maintain material traceability and housekeeping per procedures.
