Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Experience with CNC machinery.
• Ability to document machine set-ups.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate CNC machines with minimal supervision.
• Inspect work and document changes as necessary.
• Train lower-grade individuals in conventional machining.

Skills

Ability to use typical inspection equipment

In depth knowledge of conventional equipment and machines

Ability to read machine codes and programs

Good understanding of shop math

Ability to use trigonometry

Good understanding of geometric tolerances
