Job summary

Valley Steel Stamp Inc. is seeking a skilled Second Shift Operator to run our CNC machines and ensure precise, on-time production from 3pm to 1am, Monday through Thursday in Greenfield, MA.

You will read blueprints, verify dimensions with GD&T, and collaborate with teammates on tooling and fixtures while upholding strict safety standards and quality controls. Prior CNC experience and reliability on shift are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating CNC machines in manufacturing settings (preferred).
• Knowledge of blueprint reading, GD&T principles, and precision measurement instruments incl. calipers & micrometers.
• Ability to work the 3pm–1am shift reliably.
• Basic math skills for dimensions, tolerances, and machine settings.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Second Shift Operator for our CNC machines in multiple departments.As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will utilize your technical expertise to set up, program, and monitor complex machining processes, ensuring efficient production flow during the second shift.
