Job summary

MasterTech, located in Watertown, Wisconsin, is seeking experienced CNC machinists. Ideal candidates will have proficiency in working with CNC lathe or machining centers and will be comfortable reading and interpreting technical drawings.

The company offers a great starting hourly rate between $25 and $35 plus a $2 shift premium, along with unlimited overtime opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) and generous PTO. The position also allows for straight shifts from Monday to Thursday, providing an excellent work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experienced CNC machinist comfortable with CNC lathe or machining centers.

MasterTech is in search of experienced CNC machinists that are comfortable working with CNC lathe or CNC machining centers, reading and interpreting drawings and blueprints, and working well in a team environment. The right candidate for this role can perform preventative maintenance, set up new capabilities (a huge bonus), and ensure proper and accurate records, files, and databases within their area of responsibility.
