Job description

Shift : Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, OT required

What You Will Do :

  1. Communicate with design personnel regarding input parameters for CAD models and instruct on improvements.
  2. Use additive manufacturing computer systems to construct builds and make necessary adjustments for quality and aesthetics.
  3. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all equipment in the area.
  4. Coordinate with technical support vendors to resolve issues or implement system upgrades.
  5. Train operators on additive manufacturing and secondary processing techniques, including filing, finishing, and machining.
  6. Order and maintain inventory of materials and supplies.
  7. Conduct quality testing (e.g., hardness, tensile) daily and analyze data to optimize machine performance.
  8. Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams (e.g., R&D, production, scheduling) to meet production demands.

What You Need : Required

  1. High school diploma or GED.
  2. At least three (3) years of related manufacturing experience.
  3. Knowledge of inspection equipment, blueprint reading, and GDT.
  4. Formal CAD training, including 3D design and surfacing.
  5. CNC programming and machining skills.

Preferred

  1. Experience with powder and support structure removal processes and equipment.
  2. Over one (1) year of CAD operation experience.
  3. Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
  4. One (1) or more years of experience with 3D printing.
