Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm, OT required

What You Will Do:

1. Communicate with design personnel about input parameters for CAD models and advise on improvements.
2. Use additive manufacturing systems to build and adjust products for quality and appearance.
3. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment.
4. Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues or install system upgrades.
5. Train operators and perform secondary processing like filing, finishing, or machining.
6. Manage inventory of materials and supplies.
7. Conduct quality testing and analyze data to optimize machine performance.
8. Collaborate with R&D and production teams to meet demand.

What You Need:

Required

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of inspection tools, blueprint reading, and GDT.
• Formal CAD training including 3D design and surfacing.
• CNC programming and machining skills.

Preferred

• Experience with powder and support removal processes.
• Over 1 year of CAD operation experience.
• Knowledge of GMP standards.
• At least 1 year of 3D printing experience.
