Job summary

Exact Metrology: A Division of In-Place Machining Company is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for our 1st Shift in Milwaukee. You will set up, program, and operate Haas machining centers, read blueprints, and inspect parts to tight tolerances.

Requirements include 2–3+ years of CNC experience, Haas expertise, and Mastercam or similar CAM experience. We value safety, quality, and efficient problem-solving in a collaborative shop environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Experience with Haas CNC machines.
• Strong G&M code knowledge.
• Mastercam or similar CAM experience.
• Blueprint and GD&T knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Select tooling, feeds, speeds, and workholding
• Read blueprints and interpret GD&T
• Machine parts to tight tolerances

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What You Bring

• 2–3+ years of CNC machining experience

• Strong G&M code knowledge

• Strong setup, tooling, and inspection skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• Technical degree or Journeyman certification preferred

Schedule

1st Shift | Monday–Friday | Approximately 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Start early, finish early, and keep your evenings and weekends.
