TTI Machine is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with 1-2 years of hands-on experience. The role focuses on basic setups, programming tasks, and running parts from print to finished product in a team-oriented environment.

Applicants should have experience reading blueprints and using inspection tools, with a strong attention to detail and reliability. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule in a climate-controlled shop near Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic machine setups and operate CNC mills and lathes
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work from samples
• Utilize precision inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, indicators, etc.) to ensure parts meet specifications
• Participate in programming, setup, and production of parts from start to finish
• Maintain quality standards and minimize scrap
• Work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment

Requirements

• 1-2 years of proven CNC machining experience
• Basic understanding of machining fundamentals
• Ability to perform basic machine setups independently
• Proficient in reading blueprints and using inspection tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Doosan and Haas.
• Experience with G-code editing or basic programming
