ITAC Solutions is seeking a CNC machinist for a high-profile aerospace contract in Wheeling, IL. You will operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines, interpret complex blueprints, and set up fixtures with titanium, alloys, and stainless steel.

The role emphasizes precise, high-quality output with Fanuc controls and G-code editing. 2nd shift hours apply, and a discretionary annual bonus is offered alongside comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with vertical milling CNC machinery.
• Prior aerospace, automotive, or tool/mold manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with complex fixture design.
• Ability to work with difficult materials like titanium or plastics.

Compensation

Hours

2nd shift, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM

• Monday through Friday, some weekend depending on volume

What You’ll Be Doing

Operating 3, 4, or 5-Axis CNC machines to produce parts for aerospace applications

Reading and interpreting complex blueprints

Setting up and modifying advanced fixtures

Working with materials including alloys, titanium, and stainless steel

Editing or programming G-code as needed

Maintaining production accuracy and high-quality standards
