This position emphasizes tool and die experience and Mastercam proficiency. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, strong knowledge of CNC machining and 5 Axis operations, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC Machinist experience in engineering.
• Proficient in operating CNC machinery with 5 Axis capabilities.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Proficient with micrometers/calipers and precision measurement tools.
• Experience with G Code and Mastercam software.
• Experience in tool and die operations (stamping/main tooling).
• Familiarity with TIG welding process.
• Proficient in using CMM for quality checks.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and ability to adapt to fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our dynamic engineering team. This is a permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, utilizing state-of-the art machinery and technology. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated, detail-oriented individual with a strong background in CNC machining, tool and die, and 5 Axis operations. This role is instrumental in the production of our high-quality products and will play a significant part in our continued growth and success.

Responsibilities

• 1. Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints and understanding the project requirements.
• 2. Setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
