We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our dynamic engineering team. This is a permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, utilizing state-of-the-art machinery and technology. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated, detail-oriented individual with a strong background in CNC machining, tool and die, and 5 Axis operations. This role is instrumental in the production of our high-quality products and will play a significant part in our continued growth and success.

• Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints and understanding the project requirements.
• Setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
• Translating instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.
• Using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measurement tools to inspect and measure parts to ensure they meet specified tolerances.
• Using Mastercam software to program, set up, and operate 5 Axis CNC machines.
• Performing tool and die operations, including stamping and tooling processes.
• Utilizing G Code programming language to control all the machine features.
• Conducting quality control checks by using CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) to ensure products meet design specifications.
• Performing routine machine maintenance and repair minor damages.
• Collaborating with the engineering team to troubleshoot problems and improve machining processes.

• 5+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist in the engineering industry.
• Proficiency in operating CNC machinery and tooling, including 5 Axis operations.
• Extensive knowledge of reading blueprints and schematics.
• Proficiency in using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measurement tools.
• Strong experience with G Code and Mastercam software.
• Experience in tool and die operations, including stamping and tooling.
• Familiarity with TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding process.
• Proficiency in using CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) for quality control checks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A high school diploma or equivalent. A degree in a relevant field or a professional certification is a plus.
