Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous CNC setup experience required.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes.
• Proficiency with G-Code and M-Code programming.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience selecting tooling, fixtures, and machining parameters.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and prepare CNC machines for production runs.
• Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

• Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality personnel to improve processes.
• Train machine operators on proper machine operation and safety procedures as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

HTI is hiring a CNC Machinist for a growing manufacturing company. We are seeking an experienced CNC professional who can independently set up, calibrate, troubleshoot, and optimize CNC equipment to support high-quality production. Pay Rate

$26.00 per hour

Shift

1st Shift
Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Friday(HALF DAY): 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM

What You’ll Do
