Lincotek-Group in Vandalia, Ohio is seeking a manufacturing technician to load materials, start machines, and observe cutting operations to ensure parts meet specifications.

The role requires the ability to finish machine set-up with minimal supervision, adjust tool lengths, document Inspecting Plans, and stop processes if quality is at risk. Overtime and cross-shift teamwork may be required.

Qualificações

• Loads material into the machine and begins cutting operations
• Finishes machine set-up with minimal supervision within a reasonable time
• Makes offsets independently to complete setup
• Sets up and changes tools without supervision
• Recognizes tool wear before dimensions are affected
• Makes basic changes to programs on machines
• Compares data with specifications on operation sheets
• Adjusts tool lengths and fixture offsets as needed
• Monitors tooling usage for cost efficiency
• Ensures accuracy and quality of the part
• Understands and documents Inspecting Plans requirements
• Authorized to stop processes to preserve quality
• Performs machine turnovers to adjacent shift operators
• Works overtime as required
• Other duties as assigned
