Qualifications

• At least 5 years hands-on CNC machining experience.
• Proficient with Okuma and Fanuc control interfaces.
• Ability to read complex blueprints and interpret GD&T.
• Strong knowledge of G-code and program modifications.
• Experience with precision measurement tools and metrology.

Responsibilities

• Configure, run, and fine-tune CNC milling and turning equipment.
• Interpret technical drawings and schematics to guide production.
• Mount tooling, fixtures, and workholding components.
• Modify programs, swap tools, and adjust offsets for optimum output.
• Verify part quality to meet tight tolerances using micrometers/calipers/bore gauges.
• Maintain a tidy, safe workspace and support maintenance checks.
• Collaborate with quality and engineering to troubleshoot machining issues.
• Perform routine equipment upkeep and basic diagnostics.
