• Experience using precision measuring instruments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Stable work history.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must live within approximately 40 minutes of Springfield.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Casual work attire.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Torin spring coiling machines.

• Troubleshoot problems and optimize machine performance.

• Inspect finished springs for quality and accuracy.
• Minimize equipment downtime.
