Job summary

AAA USA Inc is hiring experienced Machine Operators to support our aerospace manufacturing program in North Carolina. You will set up and operate manual and CNC machines to produce precision parts in accordance with blueprints and tolerances.

Responsibilities include selecting tooling, inspecting parts with precision measuring instruments, and ensuring quality standards while performing routine maintenance. Shift flexibility and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of machine operator experience.
• Must be willing and able to work any shift, including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates manual and CNC machine tools to manufacture precision parts.
• Reads and interprets blueprints, sketches, and drawings for processes and tooling.
• Uses precision measuring instruments to inspect and verify finished components.
• Performs milling, drilling, boring, grinding, honing, deburring, and fastening as required.
• Monitors quality and follows procedures to ensure accuracy.
• Performs routine machine maintenance including lubrication and coolant checks.
• Moves materials and parts through production and assists teammates as needed.

AAA USA is actively hiring experienced Machine Operators to support major manufacturing program. The Machine Operator will set up and operate a variety of machine tools to make parts, mechanisms, tools, or machines to exacting tolerances and dimensions.

Essential Job Functions:

• Sets up and operates manual and CNC machine tools to manufacture precision parts while maintaining required tolerances and specifications.
• Reads and interprets blueprints, sketches, and engineering drawings to determine machining processes, tooling, and setup requirements.
• Uses precision measuring instruments and machinist tools to inspect, assemble, and verify finished components.
• Performs machining operations including milling, drilling, boring, grinding, honing, deburring, and fastening.
• Monitors quality standards and follows manufacturing procedures to ensure product accuracy and compliance.
• Performs routine machine maintenance, including lubrication, coolant checks, and basic equipment upkeep.
• Moves materials and completed parts through the manufacturing process using assigned equipment.
• Supports team operations by training and assisting other employees as needed.
