Job summary

AAA USA Inc is actively hiring experienced Machine Operators to set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce parts to tolerances. The role requires reading blueprints, inspecting with precision instruments, and performing milling, drilling and finishing operations.

Relocation assistance is available for the Kinston, NC area. Candidates should have 3+ years of relevant experience and be willing to work any shift, including overtime.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of machine operator experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with precision measurement and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual and CNC machine tools to produce precision parts.
• Read blueprints to determine tooling and setup requirements.
• Use precision measuring instruments to inspect components and verify tolerances.
• Perform milling, drilling, boring, grinding and deburring operations.
• Monitor quality and follow procedures to ensure compliance.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and lubrication.

AAA USA is actively hiring experienced Machine Operators to support major manufacturing program. The Machine Operator will set up and operate a variety of machine tools to make parts, mechanisms, tools, or machines to exacting tolerances and dimensions.

Essential Job Functions:

• Sets up and operates manual and CNC machine tools to manufacture precision parts while maintaining required tolerances and specifications.
• Reads and interprets blueprints, sketches, and engineering drawings to determine machining processes, tooling, and setup requirements.
• Uses precision measuring instruments and machinist tools to inspect, assemble, and verify finished components.
• Performs machining operations including milling, drilling, boring, grinding, honing, deburring, and fastening.
• Monitors quality standards and follows manufacturing procedures to ensure product accuracy and compliance.
• Performs routine machine maintenance, including lubrication, coolant checks, and basic equipment upkeep.
• Moves materials and completed parts through the manufacturing process using assigned equipment.
• Supports team operations by training and assisting other employees as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ machine operator experience.
• Must be willing and able to work any shift to include working overtime as needed.
