Job summary

DeZURIK, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist for a second shift (Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM) with Fridays off. Starting wage is $34.17 per hour with a $0.50 raise every six months for up to 36 months, plus a $1.30 shift differential makes the starting rate $35.47 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be able to setup, operate and program CNC machines.
• Ability to check own work for quality, safety and performance.
• Familiar with precision measurement tools and devices.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and program multiple CNC machine types including horizontal lathes, vertical boring machines, and various machining centers.
• Inspect own output and assist others to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Promote DeZURIK Safety and Continuous Improvement programs.
• Contribute to a dynamic team with a focus on reliability and continuous learning.

HIRING BONUS $ 5,000

  Starting Wage: $ 34.17 guaranteed .50 increase every six months up to 36 months plus annual wage increase.
  Shift differential of $1.30
  Starting wage with shift differential: $ 35.47
  Job Responsibilities:

CNC Machinists must demonstrate the ability to efficiently setup, operate and program multiple types of CNC machines including horizontal lathes, vertical boring machines, vertical machining centers, and horizontal machining centers, etc. Has leadership and decision making skills, at times working with little or no supervision. CNC Machinists must have the ability to check own work and that of others as assigned for quality, safety and performance. Using multiple measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc.
Actively promote DeZURIK Safety and Continuous Improvement programs.
