Job summary

Stefanini, Inc. seeks an experienced CNC Machinist in Santa Ana, CA to set up and operate CNC lathes and mills, reading blueprints and GD&T to manufacture precision components. The role requires tight-tolerance machining and first article inspections, using calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools. Experience with Haas, Mori Seiki, or similar CNC equipment is preferred.

The position offers a first shift and comprehensive benefits with competitive hourly pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Experience setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
• Experience with first article inspections and tight-tolerance machining.
• Proficient with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection tools.
• Experience with Haas, Mori Seiki, Doosan, Brother, Fanuc, or similar CNC equipment.
• Mastercam or CAM programming experience is a plus.
• Aerospace, precision manufacturing, or industrial machining experience preferred.

• $32.00 to $45.00 per hour, depending on experience
