We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in machine programming, troubleshooting, equipment calibration, and precision measurement. This is a permanent, full-time position, offering a competitive salary package and a chance to be part of a collaborative and innovative team.

Responsibilities

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for

• Programming and operating CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
• Interpreting complex technical blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Setting up, calibrating, and maintaining all equipment involved in the production process.
• Troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
• Conducting quality tests and inspections on all products to ensure they meet the necessary specifications.
• Ensuring that all machines are cleaned and lubricated regularly to maintain their efficiency.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations within the workplace.
• Collaborating with the engineering team to develop innovative solutions for complex design problems.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications

The successful candidate must have

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist in the manufacturing industry.
• Extensive knowledge of machine programming and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience in equipment calibration and precision measurement.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in using computer software and applications relevant to the job.
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
